Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce. cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp. green onions, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp. minced tarragon, fresh
  • 1 tbsp. minced basil, fresh
  • 1/2 tbsp. minced oregano, fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped parsley, fresh (no substitute)
  • 20 lg. mushrooms

Direcciones

  1. Clean and stem mushrooms. Process all remaining ingredients in food processor till well combined. Mix should be a light green color. Pipe or possibly spoon into mushroom caps. (Dry herbs may be substituted, but taste first.)
