Herbal Coated Roast Leg Of Lamb

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary or possibly thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 pound leg of lamb

Direcciones

  1. Blend together all ingredients except extra virgin olive oil and lamb. Adding oil a few drops at a time, beat till consistency of mayonnaise. Coat lamb. Place on rack of roasting pan and let stand several hrs at room temperature. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Serves 6-8. Good with South African Raisin Rice and Greek salad.
