Ingredientes

  • 2 (1 lb.) loaves of frzn bread
  • 1 cube butter
  • 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed

Direcciones

  1. Thaw bread dough in refrigerator overnight. Allow it to rise at room temperature for 1 hour. Knead both loaves into 1 ball and cut into 25 pcs. Shape into balls. Heat butter and add in herbs; mixing well. Dip dough balls in butter mix and place in a bundt pan. Cover and let rise in a hot place till double in size. Bake for 30 to 40 min in 350 degree oven. Cold for 5 - 10 min and serve hot. Serves 12.
