Ingredientes

  • 3 tbsp. chopped fresh dill or possibly 1 tbsp. dry dill
  • 3 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme or possibly 1 tbsp. dry thyme
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp. safflower oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 4 ears fresh corn

Direcciones

  1. Combine dill, thyme, water, oil and garlic in small bowl; mix well. Brush on corn. Wrap each ear individually in foil. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 min, turning several times. Yield: 4 servings. Exchange: 1 1/2 bread-starch, 1/2 fat.
