Herbed Green Beans With Garlic

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound green beans
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh thyme or possibly oregano (1/2 teaspoon dry)
  • Salt & pepper

Direcciones

  1. Trim beans. Cook in rapidly boiling water for 4 to 5 min; drain.
  2. In a heavy skillet heat butter, add in onion and garlic and cook on medium till onion is tender. Stir in beans, thyme and salt and pepper to taste. Makes 4 servings.
