Ingredientes

  • 6 lean pork chops, 1 o 1 1/2 inch thick
  • 3 tbsp. Tamari or possibly soya sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch or possibly flour
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped (or possibly 1 teaspoon powdered garlic)
  • 3/4 teaspoon rosemary
  • 3/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 3/4 teaspoon tarragon
  • 3/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoon sage
  • 3/4 teaspoon basil
  • Salt & fresh grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Puncture chops with tines of a fork at intervals of 1/4 inches. Rub well with cornstarch. Place Tamari, herbs, garlic and pepper in a shallow bowl. Marinate chops for at least 2 hrs (preferably overnight). Turn often. Place chops in a skillet with 3/4 c. water, cover and simmer very gently or possibly 45 min. Remove chops to platter. Add in water or possibly 1/4 c. white wine to make gravy of consistency desired. Heat and pour over chops.
