Herbed Sour Cream Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 8 ounce Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. blue cheese (or possibly blue cheese crumbles)
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives or possibly scallions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano)
  • 2 tsp fresh garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Allow cream cheese to sit at room temperature for 20-30 min before using.In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese using a hand mixer till soft. Add in lowfat sour cream, blue cheese, and remaining ingredients, mixing well.
  2. Cover and chill one hour before serving.
  3. Serve accompanied by tortilla chips, celery sticks and cucumber strips, lemon and tomato wedges and a small bowl of hot sauce. Sprinkle vegetables with celery or possibly sea salt and pepper.
