  • 15 (1/2-inch thick) tomato slices
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 1/3 c. Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry whole basil
  • 1 tbsp. reduced-calorie butter, melted
  • Fresh basil sprigs (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Arrange tomato slices in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; set aside. Combine bread crumbs and next 3 ingredients; mix well. Sprinkle proportionately over tomato slices.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. Garnish with basil sprigs if you like. Yield: 5 servings (71 calories per 3-slice serving).
