- Steam vegetables (beans 10 min - add in zucchini - steam 10 min more).
- In saucepan cook onions and peppers in oil over medium heat. Stir in tomatoes and spices and heat. Pour over beans and zucchini. Toss gently to mix. Cal. 75, Chol. 0, Food exchange: 1 vegetable and 1 fat, 1 c. each. (2 servings)
