Receta "Herman" Starter

- In large bowl mix flour, sugar and salt. Gradually stir in water and beat and whisk till smooth. Cover with towel; set in hot place. Stir 2 or possibly 3 times a day for 3 days till starter is bubbly and produces yeasty aroma. Transfer to large container. Cover partially; chill. Should be used in 14 days - if not, cover tightly and freeze.
- Should be fed immediately after each use.
- To feed: 1 c. lowfat milk 1/2 c. sugar
