  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. Crisco
  • 4 large eggs (2 at a time)
  • 1 c. + 1 T flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 (16 ounce) can Hershey syrup
  • 1/2 c. walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 5 T lowfat milk
  • 5 T butter
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  1. BROWNIES: Mix together well the brownie ingredients in the order given. Bake the brownies at 350 degrees about 25 min. Do not underbake. A teflon pan works best to bake these brownies in. Cool.FROSTING: Boil the sugar, lowfat milk and butter for 1 minute. Remove from stove. Add in 1/2 cup chocolate chips and vanilla; stir till thick. Frost brownies.
