Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. shortening
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 c. Hershey's Cocoa
  • 1 3/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Generously grease and flour two 9 inch round cake pans. Cream butter, shortening, sugar and vanilla till light and fluffy, blend in Large eggs. Combine baking soda, cocoa, flour, baking pwdr and salt in bowl; add in alternately with lowfat milk to batter. Blend well Pour into prepared pans, bake at 350 degrees for 30 t0 35 min or possibly till cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cold 10 min; remove from pans. And use cocoa in your favorite frosting recipe, too!
