Yup. Sometimes a meal is worth the splurge.

This is one of them.

That moment when you realize there is a reason for calling it Yum Yum.

We devoured this on a Sunday late afternoon, watching football. Well, they were all watching football. I was in the room, distracted with my laptop while they were all yelling at the TV.

Don’t you just love all the mayhem in the room during football season. That’s why a little distraction of delicious steak smothered in this incredible sauce is needed.

I managed to get the room to simmer down while they were eating.

Sometimes, dinner isn’t sitting around a table. it’s about sharing food and yelling at the TV, together. You all know what I mean, right?

So let the magic begin and serve this to your hungry football watching crew and notice the silence in the room.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
