Ingredientes

  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. unsweetened strawberries or possibly raspberries frzn
  • 1 x banana
  • 1 Tbsp. grnd flaxseed (1 to 2)

Direcciones

  1. Try this morning beverage which's high in omega-3 fatty acids, potassium, vitamin A and C and fiber.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender in order listed. Cover and process on high (100% power) till smooth. Serve immediately.
  3. Makes 1 to 2 servings.
