Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 1/4 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk
  • 1 1/4 c. bread flour
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c. soy flour
  • 2 Tbsp. wheat germ
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. honey see * Note
  • 1 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Note: Use the spoon you used for the oil, and the honey will not stick to the spoon!
  2. Place all ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Process on the White Bread cycle.
  3. This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
