Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 c. 40% Bran Flakes Cereal
  • 1 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 1 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Stirred Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 c. Soy Flour
  • 1 c. Toasted Wheat Germ
  • 4 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grnd Nutmeg
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 4 x Large Large eggs, Slightly Beaten
  • 2/3 c. Honey
  • 2/3 c. Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 c. Dark Molasses

Direcciones

  1. Combine Bran Flakes, raisins and lowfat milk in large mixing bowl. Stir together whole wheat flour, soy flour, wheat germ, baking pwdr, nutmeg and salt; set aside. Combine Large eggs, honey, oil and molasses in small bowl; blend well.
  2. Add in egg mix to soaked bran flakes; mix well. Add in dry ingredients all at once to bran mix, stirring just sufficient to moisten. Spoon batter into paper-lined 3-inch muffin-pan c., filling 2/3rds full. Bake in 350 degrees F. oven 25 min or possibly till golden. Serve warm with butter and homemade jelly or possibly jam.
