Highlander Cheesecake

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. biscuit crumbs
  • 100 gm butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. gelatine
  • 250 gm cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can HIGHLANDER Condensed Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp grated lemon rind fresh or possibly canned fruit

Direcciones

  1. Combine the biscuit crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Press over the base and sides of a 22cm loose-based flan tin. Refrigeratetill the crust is hard.
  3. Place the water in a shallow bowl. Sprinkle the gelatine over and stand for 5 min or possibly till the gelatine swells.
  4. Heat over warm water till gelatine dissolves. Cold.
  5. Beat the cream cheese till soft.
  6. Gradually beat in the condensed lowfat milk, gelatine, lemon juice and rind.
  7. Pour into the crumb crust. Refrigeratetill set.
  8. Decorate with fresh or possibly well-liquid removed canned fruit before serving.
