Ingredientes

  • 1 loaf Pepperidge Farm bread (crusts removed)
  • 8 ounce. sliced Old English cheese
  • 2 c. cooked and liquid removed sausage
  • 1/2 c. onion, sauteed
  • 1/2 c. green pepper sauteed
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 5 Large eggs
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Layer bread in 9 x 12 greased pan. Top with slices of cheese. Then spread next 4 ingredients (combined prior) over cheese. top this with remaining bread. Then, pour the Large eggs, lowfat milk, and salt and pepper mix over which. Top with 2 c. grated cheese. Let sit overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered. Delicious.
