Ingredientes

  • 10 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 pt Cottage cheese, small curd
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 16 ounce Monterey Jack, shredded
  • 2 c. Chilies, green, minced
  • 1 lb Ham, sliced

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Heat butter. Chop ham. Beat Large eggs till light-lemon-colored.
  3. Add in flour and remaining ingredients. Pour into well-greased casserole dish. Bake 40 min, till knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
