Receta Holiday Cauliflower

Ingredientes
- 1 lg. cauliflower
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 c. Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp. pimento
- 1 (4 ounce.) can sliced
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Cook cauliflower; drain. In 2 qt saucepan, saute/fry mushrooms and green pepper in butter. Blend in flour. Add in lowfat milk. Cook 5 min, stirring. Add in cheese, salt, and pimento. Place cauliflower into large casserole dish. Layer with sauce.
