Ingredientes

  • 8 hard-cooked Large eggs, quartered
  • 1 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 2 teaspoon instant chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 drops warm pepper sauce

Direcciones

  1. Combine ingredients in blender container; cover and blend till of desired consistency. Refrigeratetill serving time to blend flavors. Serve with assorted crackers and chips or possibly fresh vegetable dippers. Makes approximately 3 c.. If blender is not available, finely chop Large eggs and thoroughly combine with remaining ingredients.
