Ingredientes

  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp grnd nutmeg
  • 1 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 3/4 c. salted butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. eggnog
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 lrg egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp. grnd nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine flour, baking pwdr, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well with wire whisk and set aside.
  2. Cream sugar and butter with electric mixer till grainy paste is formed. Add in eggnog, vanilla and egg yolks and beat at medium speed till smooth.
  3. Add in flour mix and beat at low speed just till combined - don't overmix.
  4. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets 1 inch apart. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
  5. Bake for 23-25 min or possibly till bottoms turn light brown. Transfer to cold, flat surface immediately.
