- Combine butter, marshmallows and lowfat milk in a saucepan, cook over low heat till melted, stirring constantly. Combine cracker crumbs, fruit and nuts in a large mixing bowl, add in lowfat milk mix stirring till well mixed. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls and roll in coconut. Yield 5 dozen. Yummy.
