Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 pound miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/2 pound graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 pound candied pineapple or possibly dates, minced
  • 1/2 pound light raisins
  • 1 1/2 pound minced nuts
  • 1 c. flaked coconut

Direcciones

  1. Combine butter, marshmallows and lowfat milk in a saucepan, cook over low heat till melted, stirring constantly. Combine cracker crumbs, fruit and nuts in a large mixing bowl, add in lowfat milk mix stirring till well mixed. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls and roll in coconut. Yield 5 dozen. Yummy.
