Ingredientes

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 to 3/4 c. water
  • 2 packages. Pillsbury Quick Bread Mix (date bread or possibly nut bread)
  • 2 2/3 c. (one 28 ounce jar) Non-Such ready to use mincemeat
  • 2 c. nuts, minced
  • 2 c. candied fruit

Direcciones

  1. Generously grease and flour 10 inch (12 cup) Bundt fluted tube pan. In large bowl put together large eggs and water. Add in - remaining ingredients by hand. Stir till well combined (mix works better if stirred after each addition of ingredients).Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 to 80 min or possibly till tested in center comes out clean. Cool 15 min, invert on cooling rack, cool completely. Wrap in foil and store in refrigerator.
