Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Dry apricots
  • 1 c. Dry pitted cherries
  • 4 Tbsp. Dark rum
  • 1 c. Simple syrup
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1 c. Sugar

Direcciones

  1. Place half apricots in bottom of qt canning jar. Make a second layer with half cherries. Repeat. layers. Spoon rum over. Slowly pour hot syrup over. Close and let stand at room temperature. These are just wonderful all by themselves or possibly served over vanilla low-fat yogurt ice cream.
