Ingredientes

  • 1 pound hamburg
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract

Direcciones

  1. Combine the above ingredients and form into small balls. Then make this sauce. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 sm. jar grape jelly 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 handful of raisins
  2. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Put meatballs in 1 1/2 qt casserole and pour sauce over. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. You can also put them in a crock pot after they are cooked to serve hot.
