Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. half & half
  • 1 (12 ounce.) container fresh standard oysters, undrained
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of warm sauce

Direcciones

  1. Heat 2 Tbsp. butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add in flour, stirring till smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add in lowfat milk and half and half; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till mix is bubbly. Add in oysters with liquid, 2 Tbsp. butter, salt and warm sauce. Reduce heat, and simmer, stirring constantly, 5 to 8 min or possibly till edges of oysters curl. Yield: about 5 1/2 c..
