Ingredientes

16 ounce Cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. Minced bell pepper
2 Tbsp. Finely minced bell pepper
2 Tbsp. Finely minced onion
1/4 c. Crushed pineapple, liquid removed
2 tsp Seasoned salt
1 1/2 c. Minced pecans

Direcciones

Beat cream cheese with a fork till smooth. Add in other ingredients, saving 3/4 c. pecans for later use. Form into a ball and chill till hard. Roll in reserved pecans till well covered. Serve at room temperature with crackers.
