Ingredientes
2 c. flour, sifted
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Large eggs
1 c. prunes, cooked and cut up
1 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon each: cinnamon, nutmeg and all spice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 c. nuts, minced
Direcciones
Mix all ingredients together till well mixed. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
