Ingredientes

  • 2 sm. pkg. lime Jello
  • 5 c. warm water
  • 4 c. cool water
  • 1 pkg. lemon Jello
  • 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pound 4 ounce. crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 pkg. red Jello

Direcciones

  1. Put lime Jello in large pan till almost set. Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 c. warm water. In double boiler add in marshmallows and stir to heat. Remove from heat; add in pineapple juice and cream cheese. Beat till well blended and stir in pineapple. Mix in whipped cream and mayonnaise. Refrigeratetill thickened. Pour over lime Jello and refrigeratetill syrupy. Pour the red Jello over pineapple layer. Refrigeratetill hard. Serves 4.
