Ingredientes

  • 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 7 unbeaten egg yolks
  • 3/4 c. cool water
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 c. egg whites (7 or possibly 8)

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Sift first 4 ingredients together into mixing bowl. Make a well in center and add in Wesson, egg yolks, water and vanilla. Beat till smooth. Add in cream of tartar to egg whites in a large mixing bowl. Beat till forms VERY STIFF peaks. Pour egg yolk mix gradually over egg whites. Mix in gently. Pour immediately into ungreased 10 x 4 inch tube pan.
