Ingredientes
- 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 7 unbeaten egg yolks
- 3/4 c. cool water
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 c. egg whites (7 or possibly 8)
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 325 degrees. Sift first 4 ingredients together into mixing bowl. Make a well in center and add in Wesson, egg yolks, water and vanilla. Beat till smooth. Add in cream of tartar to egg whites in a large mixing bowl. Beat till forms VERY STIFF peaks. Pour egg yolk mix gradually over egg whites. Mix in gently. Pour immediately into ungreased 10 x 4 inch tube pan.
