Tired of the usual bag of noodles from the grocery? Try this recipe, a recipe grandma used. Okay, maybe now it is great grandma. The recipe make a small amount of noodles though just right for the Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup and some to freeze.

Ingredientes

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon milk or teaspoon more if needed.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sifted all-purpose flour

Direcciones

  1. Beat the egg in medium bowl.
  2. Mix in oil and milk.
  3. Add the dry ingredients and blend with a fork.
  4. Work the dough into a ball.
  5. Lightly flour bread board and roll our thin.
  6. Cut into 2 inch strips, layer and cup into narrow strips.
  7. Allow to dry.-----------------------------
  8. Cut the narrow strips 1/2 inch or your desired width.
  9. Dry 1-2 hours before using in recipe.
  10. Dry completely before freezing in bags.
