Homemade Apple Juice

There are two ways to make apple juice. You can process your apple cider, and you’ll have apple juice. Or you can use a steamer juicer and steam the juice out of the apples.

  • Fresh Apples

  1. Wash apples.
  2. Cut in quarters. Don’t worry about removing the cores.
  3. Put apples in top basket of steamer juicer.
  4. The juice will collect in the middle section
  5. Unclamp the rubber hose and fill sterilized quart jars with hot apple juice.
  6. Put hot lid on jar.
  7. Process apple juice in a boiling water canner.
  8. Check your lids for a seal before storing.
