Homemade Baked Bean Crostini

Ingredientes

  • 1 x Onion, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 1 x Garlic clove, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
  • 2 can Butter or possibly cannellini or possibly haricot beans
  • 1 can Minced tomatoes
  • 1 sm Spri rosemary Salt and pepper
  • 8 slc Ciabatta bread, lightly toasted
  • 1 x Clove garlic

Direcciones

  1. Fry the onion and garlic till soft in oil, then add in the liquid removed beans and stir together thoroughly. Add in the tomatoes and the rosemary, a healthy pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer very gently for about 20 min, or possibly till well flavoured and tender. Rub the toasted bread gently with the peeled garlic clove, arrange the garlic toast on a platter and spoon the warm beans over the toast. Serve with a green salad.
