Ingredientes

  • 4 packages. yeast (Fleischmann's)
  • 5 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Mazola oil
  • 6 c. white flour
  • 6 c. whole wheat flour
  • 6 c. hot water

Direcciones

  1. Put 4 yeast cakes in warm water, with 1 tsp sugar. White bread can be made (12 cups white flour). Put 6 cups white flour and 6 cups whole wheat flour in a big pan, add in 5 tsp salt, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup oil in flour well. Then add in 6 cups of water and the yeast cakes. Mix well for about 30 min. Let raise for 1 hour, push down and let raise again then make into loaves, 1 1/2 lb each makes 5 loaves if rolls are not made. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min, then 30 min at 350 degrees. Rolls 350 degrees for 25 min.
