  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable shortening
  • 1/4 c. Buttermilk plus
  • 1 tsp Buttermilk

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients and blend thoroughly. Cream in the shortening with your fingers or possibly a fork, till the mix resembles coarse crumbs.
