Homemade Egg Noodles

Ingredientes

  • 1 whl Egg
  • 3 x Egg Yolks
  • 3 tsp Cool Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. Flour

Direcciones

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat egg and yolks till light and fluffy. Add in water and salt; mix well.
  2. Stir in flour. Turn onto a floured surface; knead till smooth. Divide into thirds. Roll out each portion to 1/8" thickness. Cut noodles to desired width. Cook immediately in boiling salted water or possibly chicken broth for 7-9 minutes. or possibly till tender. Drain; sprinkle with parsley if you like.
  3. Note: Uncooked noodles can be frzn for up to 1 month.
