  • 2 tsp Fennel Seeds -- crushed
  • 2 tsp Cloves -- grnd
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon -- grnd
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ginger -- grnd
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice -- grnd

  1. Using a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well with a wire whip. Place in an airtight container or possibly foil pouch, and label. Use to flavor fish or possibly pork.
