Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Graham or possibly whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. Unbleacherd flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 c. Marggarine or possibly butter
  • 1/2 c. Honey
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk

  3. Combine flours, baking pwdr. Cut in butter or possibly margarine till the consistency of cornmeal. Stir in honey. Add in lowfat milk to make stiff dough.
  4. Roll out on floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness.
  5. Cut into squares. Prick with fork. Brush with lowfat milk
  6. Bake at 400 F on ungreased baking sheet for 18 min or possibly till golden.
