Ingredientes

  • 4 Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tall can light evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 pt. light whipping cream
  • Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs and sugar together. Add in the evaporated lowfat milk, whipping cream, vanilla, and salt. Add in sufficient lowfat milk to make a gallon. Beat well.
  2. NOTE: If desired, add in 2 c. minced strawberries, peaches, or possibly bananas. Add in fruit and then mix well. Freeze in turn freezer.
