Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 2 1/2 quarts. lowfat milk, if fruit is used only use 2 quarts. lowfat milk
  • 1 sm. can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

Direcciones

  1. Mix sugar and Large eggs in large container. Add in canned lowfat milk (if fruit is used, add in now). Next add in one qt lowfat milk and stir well. Then add in vanilla. Add in remaining lowfat milk. Pour into large freeze-safe container. Leave 2 to 2 1/2 inches at top for ice cream to expand as it freezes. Makes 4 qts of ice cream.
