Receta Homemade Italian Meatballs
This is a really easy and delicious meatball recipe. I couldn’t believe how easy they came together in one bowl. I literally placed in meat in a bowl dump everything in, mixed and placed in the sauce! Boom Done.
These meatballs are so good and full of flavor you just can’t beat them.Who ever came up with this original recipe did a great job we all really loved them. I will make them over and over again!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground beef 90/10
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 tablespoon dry parsley
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand.
Use you wet hands for best results.
Roll meatballs to about 1 inch in size
Drop raw meatballs into large pot of sauce
Do not touch the meatballs for 15 minutes. You will want to stir them but resist. If you mess with them before they have time to set they will fall apart in your sauce. Then you will have a meat sauce not meat balls.
After 15 minutes move them throughout the sauce then cook another 15-20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
