Ingredientes

  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1 l. grnd beef
  • 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic or possibly garlic pwdr or possibly garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tbsp. salad or possibly extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound can stewed tomatoes or possibly tomato juice
  • 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 bay leaves, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry basil leaves
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. spaghetti

Direcciones

  1. Soak bread slices in large bowl of cold water. In large mixing bowl, add in hamburger, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Squeeze out excess water from bread slices and add in them to mix. Use hands to mix ingredients. When well mixed, roll into meatballs (size you want).
