Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 pound pork loin or possibly butt
  • 1/2 pound veal
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 bud of garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seed
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • Casings, purchased at meat market

Direcciones

  1. Remove meat from bones, cut into small pcs and run through coarse blade of food grinder. Add in 3 Tbsp. water, lb. the garlic. Add in the seasoning. Mix very thoroughly and stuff into casing (that may be purchased at any meat market). Place sausage in large baking dish, cover with cool water and bake in oven at 350 degrees till the water is absorbed.
