Macaroons:

20 oz. flaked coconut

6 egg whites

1 T almond extract

14 oz sweetened condensed milk

1 t salt

4 T Flour

1 Cup Sugar

Mix coconut, egg-whites, almond extract, condensed milk, salt, flour, and sugar. Mix at low speed for two minutes. Drop by Tablespoonful onto a lined cookie sheet. Let cool for five minutes, serve.

Bake at 325 f for 12 minutes. Enjoy!
