Homemade Mango Ice Cream

Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Peeled mango slices -- Minced fine
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 4 x 14 oz Chilled
  • 2 quart Half and half
  • 6 x Large eggs -- beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Almond extract cn Sweetened condensed lowfat milk --

Direcciones

  1. Combine tha mango slices and sugar in a large saucepan. Heat till the sugar dissoves. Place in the refrigerator to refrigeratethoroughly. In a churn, combine the sweetened conedsed lowfat milk, half and half, Large eggs and extracts. Add in the chilled mango mix. Follow manufacurer's directions for making ice cream. NOTESThe colder your ice cream mix is the quicker it will process. I have not used the "lite" condensed lowfat milk in this recipe yet but plan to soon.
