Ingredientes

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 quart. Italian sauce
  • 1 tbsp. oil (for pan)

Direcciones

  1. CREPES: Mix ingredients, Large eggs, flour, water and salt (batter consistency is thin). Pour 2 Tbsp. of batter into 6 inch skillet. Cook till edges turn white. Remove.
  2. FILLING: Mix ingredients well. Place 1 Tbsp. of filling into each crepe and fold. Place in baking dish. Pour sauce and grated cheese over manicotta. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serves 6.
