Receta Homemade Nutty Bowl O Vitality
The frozen banana adds a sweet creaminess to my Homemade Nutty Bowl O Vitality while the frozen berries add the perfect tart taste and a thicker texture than regular smoothies.
Homemade Nutty Bowl O Vitality

- ½ cup frozen blackberries

I heard of a popular restaurant called the Vitality Bowl. There is one in my home town. As a mater of fact, there is one right by my office.
I confess, the looks of the bowls on their website just didn’t really do anything for me. But, I still wanted to try one. I heard they were really good, but over priced, and I knew that the hubby would not be interested in trying it.
Luckily for me, my friend Jennifer wanted to try it. When I dug into my first bite, I was literally in love. I pondered how long it would be before Jen would ask me to stop talking about this bowl of goodness.
It makes a great breakfast item. It would make a fantastic afternoon snack and especially a deliciously healthy dessert.
Now the obsession for Vitality bowl had entered my brain and I knew that I wouldn’t stop thinking about it until I ate another one.
I decided to try to recreate the dish at home. I didn’t use acai berries. For one, they are quite expensive and truly ANY berry can be used.
I can’t wait to make many many more of these delicious bowls of vitality.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
