Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 c. long grain rice
  • 1/2 c. uncooked fine egg noodles or possibly vermicelli
  • 2 3/4 c. chicken broth (use the real thing, or possibly bouillon)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. In a saucepan, heat butter. Add in the rice and noodles; cook and stir till lightly browned, about 3-5 minutes. Stir in broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes. or possibly til broth is absorbed and rice is tender.
  2. Stir in parsley.
  3. Yield: 4 servings.
